Please ensure you double check your address before confirming your order at checkout, as addresses cannot be changed once your order has been placed.
A signature is required by default for all orders.
Please be aware that if your property has an authority to leave (ATL) and your package goes missing after delivery, Lyttelton Lights will not be able to process a claim.
You can manage your delivery preferences and any delivery changes via the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If you are concerned about the whereabouts of your parcel, please first contact NZ Post for New Zealand deliveries or DHL for international deliveries.
You will need to provide your tracking number when making an enquiry.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure your order reaches you promptly, we cannot accept liability for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing, quarantine requirements, weather events, and transport schedules.
Free shipping applies to all New Zealand orders over $150 NZD.
A flat rate of $12 NZD applies to orders under $150 NZD.

All New Zealand orders are shipped via NZ Post tracked service.
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express tracked service.

Free international shipping applies to orders over $250 NZD.
A flat rate of $60 NZD applies to international orders under $250 NZD.
International orders may be subject to customs taxes or import duties upon arrival in your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in your order total.
No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes or duties remain unpaid by the purchaser.

Please also ensure someone is available to receive or collect your parcel if delivery instructions are left by the courier.
We are unable to resend returned international orders free of charge.
Seconds and clearance items are sold at a reduced price due to known imperfections, cosmetic marks, packaging damage, or other disclosed faults.
By purchasing a seconds item, you acknowledge and accept the specific defects identified at the time of sale.
Refunds, exchanges, or returns will not be provided for disclosed faults or change of mind.
However, nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, including your rights where a product has an undisclosed fault, is not of acceptable quality considering its condition and price, or otherwise does not comply with applicable consumer law.
